Problem:
The error can occur if the Notes.ini setting "SPELL_DIR=<directory>" is not
being used. The SPELL_DIR parameter does not abide by any changes. This issue
was addressed in Notes 6.0.2 CF1 Client.

Notes client is not respecting SPELL_DIR notes.ini parameter for location of
dictionary files. This problem has been fixed in 6.0.2 CF1.
Workaround:
1. Set the following parameter in Notes.ini: Spell_Dir=c:\lotus\notes\data.
2. Move the user.dic local to the workstation and download the user dictionary
to the local workstation.
